Registration

The expected registration fee is 182 EUR (single room) and 152 EUR (double room). The registration fee includes accommodation and all meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as coffee breaks. Please note that the final fees depend on the total number of participants and the fees above are an estimate.

The rooms are in the 3-star section of the hote. A small number of rooms are also available in the 4-star section if desired, with a higher registration fee of 214 EUR (single room) and 184 EUR (double room).

The Word abstract template can be found here. You can submit your abstract directly through the registration form, or email it to jan.rozman@ijs.si.

The registration & abstract submission deadline is 10 November 2026. Because the hotel must be informed about the final number of attendees at that point, we will not be able to accept late registrations.

The registration fee will be paid at the hotel reception upon check-out.
